Hi guys…loving your content and energy and hopefully sailing Greece ourselves next year so it’s great to see the places you are sailing. If I can just say one thing that’s hopefully meant to be helpful and that is to maybe reduce the music volume more whilst you’re speaking. I’m struggling to hear what you say quite often. You seem to have used audio ducking/compression in places but other times the music is a bit overpowering. Tis just my opinion and maybe it’s my ageing ears but just an observation to make your videos even better. I’m only new to video making myself but quite an experienced watcher! 😂😂 Honestly though just trying to offer positive feedback. You both have great on screen personalities and are living the dream and it’s great to see 😎⛵️

I'm catching up so just saw this one. I was going to say that I love your background music! I suppose to each their own. I just had the same thing happen to my Genoa Halyard. Tension was too loose while sailing and wrapped the halyard causing chaffing. My own screw up. Might check to be sure you're not doing the same thing. Anyway, love the videos. Keep em coming! Cheers

Janaye, I really admire the rawness of these videos. There's nothing pretentious about the delivery and your humility is a breath of fresh air in a contrived community, full of overhyped BS (CZcams). Sure, the production quality could be better but that will come with time and experience.
Eventually, you will both attract a grandeur and loyal audience with your humble style. And even if you don't, what great memories these will be to look back on.

just had the same thing happen to my haylard right as i was going up the mast i used a hot knice and tied in a figure 8 and bam good to go wishing you luck
Seems to be quiet common you’re the second or third person who has said that! Glad we’re not the only ones 😂 we CZcams’d how to retie whatever knot it had there already but we couldn’t manage to melt the end of the line like it was. Think we’ll leave that to the experts. Haven’t rechecked it but seems to be going ok so far about 5/6 weeks later

Nice video 👍 you may want to lower the music volume when you talk over music. Its a little hard to hear what your saying sometimes.

Please.. Stop that annoying background music you are playing 95 % of the time when you are talking. It does not make sense.. I do not hear half of what you are talking about.. Your video is good and you are a nice couple, but i give you guys thumps down because of that annoying background music..
Agree! we need to quiten it a little more. It was actually a little hard to tell how loud it was until we uploaded it and then watched it on the phone it sounds a little different on the laptop to on other devices. A lot of successful CZcams channels do have music in the background but I think we do need to have it a little more quiet….our most recent video has improved in that regard but still working on it. thanks for the feedback 😊
