Oh Manny, I’m a tenth-clencher to. I have to wear a night guard to sleep at night. If I don’t wear one, I get jaw, and ear pain, headaches…and sometimes get super dizzy. I catch myself doing it during the day to…so I have to stay self aware to keep myself from doing it.
