Trying to demo it at the store. How you do a hard factory reset? It will not give me a option for ink charging. Why don't you guys send us refill ink to demo? We get ton's of question for customer. When I hold the Question mark for 3 second. It does nothing, But gave me another option other than recharge.
I work at staples. I mainly sell these product for you guys weekly. Our staples store number is 0362. Look at how many Epson product we sold. Someone at our stored set it up. I am not sure if they charge the INK. Because they toss the box with the Original INK. While Sending a Epson representative from a 3rd party to our store, Doesn't help us much anyway. While HP representative are more helpful. But look at how many Ecotank we sold. I wish you guys did the $100 dollar trade in like before.

Card stock and light weight papers can usually only be used without causing paper jams in printers with a rear paper feeder. If you try to use the front paper tray with card stock or light weight paper it will usually jam when trying to make the sharp turn to be printed on the opposite side of the way it lies in the paper tray. . You also cannot use the 2 sided printing on card stock and light paper for the same reason. The paper or card stock will jam trying to make the turn. Unjamming takes a relatively short time but still takes the effort of removiing parts and finding the paper jam and clearing it then replacing the parts yopu removed. Since many of the newer printers frrom all MFG are rather flimsy you risk damaging a removed part if you are not careful. Since the rear paper feeder does not have to make any bends or turns rear paper feeders are ideal and best for various envelope sizes and weights as well as for card stock and various paper weights and sizes. The rear paper feeder also works best for heavy and glossy photo papers of all sizes as the photo paper feeds straight through without any need to bend . I also find the rear paper feeders are quicker to load than removing a tray, making adjustments for size and replacing the tray The rear paper feeder handles is much quicker to load more versatile and can handle more "plop in" more paper (envelopes glossy paper card stock etc ) . I have used rear paper feederrs for decades and was dissapointed when many Manufacturers stopped making them. Also regarding the large ink tanks . There may well be a lot of ink but if you do not use the colors they will begin to dry up in the nozels. A thrifty person once used only grey scale (black ) for long periods only later to find the colors streaking and missing when she wanted to pring in color. It took many hours of head cleaning and other maintenane proceedures to get it printing in color properly. If you use many types, different sizes, and different weights of paper and envelopes you are best off with a rear paper feeder. As to the large quantity of ink ,,, use it or loose it.
I followed instructions as show, trying to refill from already partly used bottles (still plenty ink left to use). But nothing is dispensing into printer ink tank. Any one else experience this? Thanks!
Any ideas for refilling ink tanks? I followed directions but none of ink is going into tanks...these are Brand new bottles so they've never been used. What do I do now!?

My ET-4500 was broken during my move and the moving company is giving me money to buy a new one and I thought about taking the opportunity to upgrade it but I have quite few bottles of the old model. I have found that it's much more convenient and much less expensive to refuse to do business with con artists. And since all printer manufacturers are scammers, it ensures they won't get my money.

Epson is the best! I absolutely hate Cannons ink cartridge scams, much worse than HP's ink cartridge scams

Same issue here. Ink recharging is nonsense without manual control
All my inks won't flow into the tank, I've tried multiple ways but it still won't flow. Any recommendation how to fix this?

The ink tank is jammed shut and doesn't open. Anyone have a solution? Apparently this is a common issue - design flaw.

Please tell me how to trouble shoot this problem and fix it as well. Black will just NOT take ink. I believe my wife ran it dry first.
The black ink level shows full, but must be dry. The ink well will not fill and I cannot find help anywhere.
