Although I haven't tried it, that mobile Minecraft server hoster seems to create a local server, so your friends will be unable to join unless they are on the same network.
That minecraft server app was the coolest one when me and my friends trying to play some og minecraft this will come in clutch on my s24 ultra

This option is available in the inbuilt settings of samsung devices
Unfortunately, the Android OS blocks apps from doing this on the system level so it's literally impossible unless you root your device or your device's OEM already has a feature for this in its settings like on some Samsung phones. If you have root, you can use "Battery Charge Limiter": github.com/MuntashirAkon/BatteryChargeLimiter
It should be having that included in the stock os, given you have a recent update.I have a realme which the same OS basically which has the functionality of setting charge limit to 80%
