@@bilack7007 when i started driving on AUtobahn in the late 80´s she was much more safe than these days ! When the iron curtain was lifted the downfall of educated and expierienced driving began. More than that were the huge power upgrades from the carmakers. In the 90´s only a few could reach 240km/h and even less could afford such a car. And those who did were no young idiots. Perhaps there is no other way than a monitored speedlimit with strong punishment.

@@tj6331 theres 2 ways .. in m4 f82s at least. theres a thing in the boot (left side i think, under those panels) like a speaker , you can remove it and it stops. or you can code it, i think carly would do the job

Völlig richtig, Fahrverhalten kann teilweise als Nötigung ausgelegt werden. Und so beschwören die Leute die am stärksten gegen das Tempolimit sind am meisten eines herauf.
@@inspectorchicken deswegen hat das Amtsgericht Augsburg den Filmer wegen versuchter Nötigung auch kürzlich zu einer Geldstrafe und einem Monat Führerscheinentzug verurteilt. Rechtskräftig ist das Urteil aber noch nicht, die Staatsanwaltschaft wollte ihn wegen eines illegalen Rennens drankriegen.

Sag mal Kollege, warum zum Geier fährst du so rücksichtslos auf der Autobahn? Doppelspurwechsel beim Auffahren auf die Autobahn, dichtes Auffahren auf die anderen Autos mit Discolichthupe und beim Spurwechsel nicht mal blinken? Ich habe ja nichts dagegen, wenn man auf der Autobahn sein Auto ausfährt, aber irgendwo gibt es Grenzen, denn die Autobahn ist immer noch eine öffentliche Schnellstraße und keine Rennstrecke

Schade um dieses Verhalten. Ich schaue mir seine Videos gerne an. Aber so zu drängeln gehört auf der Autobahn nicht. Der Audi Fahrer hätte ja bei Gelegenheit so oder so Platz gemacht. Man kann leider nicht bei Tempo 190 in die mittlere Spur einfädeln wo die anderen 130 fahren. Bin auch mal gernel schnell auf Autobahnen unterwegs - gleichzeitig aber mit Viel Respekt zu höhen Geschwindigkeiten und auch zu manchmal langsam fahrenden Kollegen auf der linken Spur...

Eigentlich 10 Monate. Der Führerschein wurde direkt nach der Anzeige eingezogen und das ist mehrere Monate her. On Top gabs nochmal 1 Monat Fahrverbot vom Richter. (Quelle: bimmertoday.de)

Sh4rp Witzig! Wenn also jemand nicht schnell genug weg kommt, darf genötigt werden? Das ist eine Straftat und die kann nur bei Notwehr/Nothilfe gerechtfertigt werden. Wahnsinn, wie manche drauf sind. Am besten mal zum Anwalt gehen, wird sonst bald teuer für dich. - An den Messpunkten vor Brücken wird manchmal auch von der Polizei überwacht und die schicken dir dann den wunderbaren Bescheid/Strafbefehl wegen zu geringen Abstands. Da wird nur mit Zeugen im Prozess irgendwann vielleicht ein Richter einen gewissen Nachlass geben, wenn du Glück hast.
Wegen der Nötigung ist es eben ziemlich heiß bei solchen Aktionen vorher noch das Kennzeichen zu zeigen. Lieber gar nicht nötigen und es wie Profis machen: leere Straßen nutzen oder gar von der Polizei sperren lassen.

Phantom tire pressure warning message at the end (unless was real is at those speeds dangerous) plus check engine warning light on. Glad to see modern BMW v8's continue to earn their reputation for being reliable :)
Check engine is because of tune and tires warning doesn't have anything to do with the car being reliable or not. If there is a micropuncture in the tires, it can trigger a warning at those speeds as obviously you're going to lose pressure. :)
@@Eagle030595 I know it's more the overall complexity of modern BMW's coupled with severe reliability issues. Their ECUs are pretty unique and fail way too often. Very frustrating because the cars are beautiful - they are just too fragile.

Auto ganz cool aber vom drängeln bis zum "coolen" Sitzen mit Ellbogen auf dem Fenster und die Haltung des Lenkrads katastrophal. Ich fahre selbst Nordschleife und wenn ich neben dir gesessen hätte, dann hätte ich dir all deine Finger gebrochen damit du lernst wie man mit so einem Auto umgeht. Später wird gefragt wieso eine ganze Familie tot ist. Es geht nicht darum, dass 300km/h erlaubt sind man muss auch anstand besitzen und wer das nicht hat, der sollte den Führerschein wieder abgeben.

Der M5 hat bessere bremsen als der A4 . Wenn der Fahrer gute reaktionszeit hat passiert da nichts.
