It's easy to judge from our perspective, but there are so many things we don't know. Maybe they saw the cameraman. Maybe the fall seemed fake from their perspective (wich would make sense, since it is). Maybe they didn't know how to react. Probably a lot of confusion, wich led their brains to just go "run away from the problem" mode, rather than to act rationally. Also, there is the "witness effect", that make it really hard to take action in public. Seeing nobody react, you start thinking irrationaly, justify your inaction by other's. Basically a vicious circle of inaction. I'm not saying this is an ok behavior tho obviously. Just saying it might be more complex than them just being selfish assholes.
