I dont know how you do it...traveling internationally, with 9 children, for a month, while being pregnant, getting sick, multiple flights, 10 hour drives 😳😳...all while maintaining a smile. You are AMAZING!! And Solo is too!! You guys inspire me so much. I love your family and I loved the Kenya vlogs! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
I didnt let him trade me because we didnt need to be on the news...ROFL I love it. Thank God for a good strong husband to keep that man in his place. People need to travel. Life goes on..

Girl I'm sick at home with a stomach bug & my only responsibility is my cat, I can't imagine travelling across the world while sick and taking care of a bunch of sick kiddos too! Truly you're a rockstar!

Theirs nothing worse than a child witnessing ignorance first hand. However unfortunately in today's society with the way things are going kids need to learn how to handle themselves and their emotions when faced with it!
You are such a trooper...sick, pregnant, swollen, sunburned, and taking care of sick and cranky children. I sure hope you get pampered when you get home. Wonderful trip.

sounds like the only misbehaved baby that needed to be controlled was that guy lol people are so rude and without regards for other people. I bet complaining and putting more pressure on parents helps them for sure to calm down their children... i dont have kids but guys like this make me angry,
Very true. My kids were great on a flight to our destination. On the return a man said 'i hope those kids dont cry the entire flight'. I think bc i was so uptight the baby cried the entire flight home

Maria Eugenia Fernandez R. - This statement feeds into a self absorbed world where individuals have no empathy or understanding for others. If he wants solitude than buy some noise canceling headphones or hirer a private jet. There is no baby free zone on a public airplane-
@Maria Eugenia Fernandez R. how do you figure that? babies are hard to control when they arent feeling good, they dont understand when people are wanting them to be quiet. They dont realize why they feel the need to cry other than they arent feeling good, something upseting them. Or they may not be comfortable, who knows why they cry for different reasons? They cant talk like an older person, it's just a fact that even you admit. We all hope to experience a nice flight, yes indeed but, life doesnt always work out how we want it to and to make a situation worse by making the next person feel bad isnt the answer. You just have to bear with the situation at hand and if you cant be a part of the solution to problems that pop up then why make it worse? Common sense, come on lady, with all due respect. Anybody could see this family is big and it's hard enough managing just one baby who's cranky so unfortunately the man was tired and sleepy but, so were they. What to do about that situation? Ask to be moved to another seat or for ear plugs, that's what the only choice is unless he chose to move to first class seating. Everyone buying a ticket for a seat has a choice to fly or not but, we all know how children can be and there are no guarantees on complete silence from anyone whether it be a baby or an adult unless you have your own plane which most people dont have so we have to grin and bare what ever comes.
Pat here. I have so enjoyed your Kenyan tales, and I LOVE Solo's Kenyan family. I was so taken with the tale of your grandma that I visited KKV on-line, and signed up for their news-letter. Your grandma is quite a lady. I give thanks for your whole family.
Any decent person would offer help or encouragement to a family traveling with all of those kiddos. Your children are wonderfully well behaved from what we see. We love you all!
I had someone be so rude to me on a flight once when my son was two. I apologized over and over and even tried to buy them a drink, but they refused it. I was in tears and in the end, the flight attendants comped me a drink. (I was with my husband so he took over for a bit.) If a baby isn't yours to take care of then you should be happy that all that work isn't on you at all. I hope you're all better.
Thats so sad that happened. Never again apologize and offer a drink to a asshole it wasnt ur fault you did nothing wrong..the asshole should have apologized to you and ur child.
Your children will be strong, and kinder people for the amazing example you set.
They see you and your husband showing kindness in the face of rudeness....loving parents do this!!

Switzerland is beautiful. My parents just returned from there and loved it. My late father-in law was also born there. It is now on my bucket list.

So sorry you have been very sick and had to travel so far while not feeling well. I'm amazed by your ability to do so and by the abilities of your children to be so well behaved while they are also tired and some are sick. You and Solo have obviously taught them very well. It's a pity some adults cannot behave equally well. I had to laugh and smile when a few of your children fell asleep wherever they stopped. I can only imagine how tired they were. I'm glad you got all the testing done and that you were able to be treated. I hope you are feeling much better now.

Mean people on flights are always bad. I've not flown long stretches before, but you always have those one or two who just want to make others miserable. Also, I love Belle's braids! I know I’m not the only one for whom these videos are an all day experience. My kids interrupt so much I watch 3 minutes here and there and usually finish by dinner time. All the respect in the world for traveling with so many kids. Sorry that people forget sometimes that kids are people too.
