Yeah what he said is a possibility in indices and logarithm questions. it's an answer just that it's wrong. It's on the same plane as giving a wrong answer as "5" or something. So why post this one, thinking it's so outrageous? The youtuber and those laughing here DON'T UNDERSTAND maths quite well. Take For eg: log(x+2) = log(2x+6) find x Since the argument of the log is negative, there is no solution. This of it this way. 10 raised to the what power results in -2? There is NO POWER. If a positive number is raised to a number greater than or equal to 0, then the result is positive. If a positive base is raised to a negative power, then the result is a number between 0 and 1.
