I have had your coffee when I was in Copenhagen the old NOMA location and ever since then I had been dreaming to come to the actual Oslo location and finally last month we visited. Our experience was incredible and the best best best thing is to meet Stephanie, given that I had only had a few seconds interactions with her because she was so so busy taking care of customers at the bar. She over heard my conversation with the cashier and handed me a bag of coffee beans that is now my favorite beans and just ordered two online!! I live in Seattle and thank god that they sell online and willing to mail overseas, seriously extraordinary cafe you run and Happy Anniversary to you and many mores to come. Honored to have met you all. Thank you for putting in so much for us to enjoy your coffee.

I took my brother to visit your coffee shop in 2019. He was amazed I am taking him all the way to Norway to see you ( and Lofoten Islands) but he didn't stop drinking coffee since then :) thank you for your dedication to serve excellent coffee!

My coffee consumption (and that of my family) changed dramatically following a visit to your café with the local Slow Food convivium back in 2007. We've never looked back. Coffee has become a way of exploring the world, much in the same way as wine.

Heartiest congratulations on reaching this milestone. Judging by the comments from your customers, you are doing a fantastic job.
I'm a coffee enthusiast and have spent about a decade upping my espresso making skills. More often than not, I'm unimpressed with the coffee served in most third wave espresso bars. And that is why I'm so impressed when folk say that your coffee is consistent, shot after shot. That's not easy to do.
By the way, India produces some very fine coffee (and I'm not really talking about Monsoon Malabar, which I shall refrain from commenting on. 😉) and I think you should consider offering coffees from here.
