I'm a meat eater but do really enjoy a veggie curry. I love veggie pizzas as well. Also Gregg's veggie slices are really good. Better than the meaty options. Would like to see you try them.
@@BaldFoodieGuy if you've never tried a naan bread pizza then that would make a good video. Basically you get a large naan bread, Asda sell them riyas is the brand. Then you get a curry of choice and use the sauce as the pizza sauce and then the meat or whatever is in the curry as the toppings. Then you sprinkle over some cheese. Bake in the oven. It's a really good meal.
Mmmm it does look good Gareth. Nothing wrong with a veggie curry, with or without a rice side. Chickpeas are the ultimate Legume class 1. Healthiest of all foods and sadly not eaten enough. A 👍👍's up for this curry in a can. Another great review today Gareth. Cheers mate and all the best. 👍😀🇦🇺
That looks delicious, and we love chick peas in our house. My wife makes a lot of hummus and uses lots of chick peas in her canning recipes. We're not vegetarians by any means but that would make a great prep for our pantry. :)
Great review from M&S Gareth , lovely 2 see u eating something healthy , n much better 4 u 😊 . . I personally love chickpeas , n potato curry w / rice - very hearty , n filling meal 😋 .. Well , hopefully u enjoyed this meal sweetheart !? Tc ❤
I love this curry, have just eaten it now as a quick dinner, but I find it a little lacking as it comes. So I added a few cooked prawns, some coconut milk to balance the flavour (it's a bit too tomato-y for me) and some greenery - spinach and coriander leaf. Then it's perfect with M&S Pilau rice 👍 I recommended their Tarka Dal soup as well - £1 a tin and there's absolutely no rubbish in there. Vegan and gluten-free.
Another honest review gareth I would definitely give that ago I try to have two meat free days in the week but it tends to be omelettes or something on toast scrambled eggs beans or spaghetti hoops or vegetable soup so that would be a great alternative 👍👍🥘🥘🎄🎄⛄⛄
Looks amazing Gareth, £1.85 Bargain, saying that I don’t think it’s enough for two . So what I would do is cook a couple of chicken breast . Slice up and add it to the curry . Fry a few chips as well , still a cracking meal for under a fiver . Cheers buddy . 👍🎄🎅🏼🍻
They used to do an Orkney Crab soup/bisque in the plastic containers which was Heaven another stopped for whatever reason.Yorkshire Provender are amazing soups btw

Where I will buy curry, alongside rice and/or a Naan bread, and maybe some cooked chicken!!😂 Looked good though. Cheers!! Kx

@@BaldFoodieGuy I’ve had them before they are lovely. I’m vegetarian but only cos I got really bad food poisoning from eating a beef in black bean sauce a couple of years ago. lol, eating tikka like a soup is something I do too, especially when I was in at a house party, they had an indian take away right opposite the house, I'd just get a container of chicken tikka and eat it with a spoon
Some veggie stuff does have taste, but, seriously processed beyond life. Most taste horrible. A few escape. Once has a veggie sausage filled with mushrooms. Had a meaty taste & edible texture.
