Spivey Building - empty for 47 years
Grossman Building - Max Club - abandoned
Broadview Hotel - vacant for 20 plus years, reopening in summer 2025!!
Alcoa Aluminum Factory - adandoned for 68 years.

I have enjoyed your St. Louis series but with a sense of sadness for once was and is no more. My grandfather was a streetcar conductor in Hyde Park, my mother grew up near Jones Park (ESL). Thank you for your hard work and excellent production values. Best regards.

The lobby organ at the Fox Theatre came from the Majestic Theatre. Reinstalled in late 80s and plays before most of the Broadway shows.

100% correct - an amazing way to salvage at least something from the Majestic. I give tours of the Fox, a national treasure for sure! Thanks for watching!
