I love this small unit! I think it's amazing for a solitary person.... I would remove the sofa and build in a custom bed with storage underneath! a.) Who wants to deal with making and unmaking a bed nightly especially when it is only one person in the unit? b.) Who doesn't need some extra storage for clothes? c.) It's a beautiful RV and a perfect size. The layout in the colors are perfect And yes, it does need to be 4 seasons. for one day size. Porcelain toilet. As a solo traveler, I like this RV.
Likes: the decor, like Andrea, I prefer solid color valances, but these are nice for ones with a pattern. The color makes the RV look nice and bright. The Ford E-350 is a plus. I like having the option of having a dinette as opposed to being forced to have 2 sofas. Compared to other comments, I always used the dinette a lot. I would probably buy some type of mattress topper and leave the sofa made as a bed full-time. It doesn't appeal to me, making the bed every night. I like that there is a separate shower and manufacturers are going with porcelain toilets now.
I wonder, with this model, would a bunk over the cab be possible?
Thanks for reviewing this small RV.

Agreed, I wish the states here would adopt the drop down bed from the ceiling, if they did that then they could keep the entertainment space but yes if they could find a different space for the TV and put an over head bed they need to make it hold max weight for two adults with a study later or a few set steps with storage in them. The cost is too high not to have a good bed.

Hey so interesting ideas 💡 in this unit .:. E450 level power in a smaller unit 👍🏽 good ccc, good towing, and no problems with hills; small size gets into smaller spaces 👍🏽 it’s ok to park in town when we go for dinner; nice size dinette 👍🏽 works well for two, especially at a boondock; bonus full width bathroom 👍🏽 good space; double bonus kitchen kudos 👍🏽 oven, three burners, good size fridge, storage .:. No bed need to set up the couch every night 👎🏽 pull out sofa bed would earn the test drive bcz it could stay made up, and we’d option swivel seats; cockpit under- featured 👎🏽 doesn’t support the price point; big black panels by the door 👎🏽 paint to match (it’s such a large area) .:. For 2023 There are some new fully featured couples class C’s just introduced 👍🏽👎🏽 this unit’s price has to come down a long way from MSRP to compete against those; I think there’s a good chance .:. Thanks for the review M/A

i think you guys are the best RV review channel out there. but one common theme on your videos is that your criticisms are very biased towards your personal preference. so basically all B and B+ RVs get an unfair review. i just think you guys forget that a lot of ppl shopping for B classes are solo adventurers. which makes this RV awesome. but you guys keep picturing your whole fam in it and base the reviews on that. also solo adventurers are typically outdoorsy and stay very active with hikes and exploration which means they are typically not the average sized American, instead slender and fit. i don't know, i just don't see that you guys take into consideration who is buying this vs a 38 foot. but then have the same expectations on floor plan, kitchen, shower, toilet, etc.

AS a single lady, I love this! The colors are my taste. Bathroom is fine, beats a wet bath! I don't prefer a dinnette, it reminds me if I had to sit in a restaurant booth at home all day and night! Could do a single sized blow up bed for company. I am wondering if a fabric material couch would make it more comfy? Plus, leather is cold (MI) and doesn't warm up. Priced pretty high. It's on the top of my list right now, will keep an eye on the price. I didn't notice a generator? Solar? All season? Adel is all I will buy. This is perfect for me and only unit I like all the colors. Oh, and balances✌️😂🤷‍♀️

They really need to come down on the price. I do love the updated look. This RV has lots of potential. If this rv was 23ft and a tad bit wide the bath will work a lot better. Matt & Andrea - y’all are so amazing and entertaining with your reviews! I don’t usually like B’s, but I really do love this! Looks easy to drive! Someone said it already, and I agree - I would simply travel with a mattress topper (we have one for our sofa in our travel trailer for the grandkids). I like the dinette (is there storage underneath?), but I wouldn’t be opposed to two sofas if there was either a table to put in the floor (like some class A’s and C’s for between the front seats when they swivel around) - like Thor does in the Outlaw. If they were equally opposing sofas that touched when folded out, you would have a huge bed! I would love that closet to have adjustable/removable shelves so that you had the option of pantry or wardrobe. I’d also love to see a countertop extension. Love the cargo carrying capacity, and the fact that you can tow so much with it! Nice sized shower and fridge! And I love that it has no slides! Great job!

Length, width and OCCC (Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity) are great, but small tanks (incl propane) , no solar connection on roof or 12v compressor refrigerator are negatives (because absorption refrigerators struggle to cool when 90F, direct sunlight on wall or even at high altitudes when on propane). Better than a class B in many aspects but I could use this only for weekend trips and not long outings especially if boondocking.

I wish you guys showed more what's underneath the dinette seats. If there is some equipment or just storage, because some people prefer to customize the RVs acording to their needs, and knowing one can just take out a seat with no repercussions is really helpful. Honestly this is one of the best rvs I've seen in the B and B+ classes (for solo travelers who may be nomad/freelance workers). Reasons are that is the incredible space you get for the size. Everyone wants the perks of a van until they live in one and turns out you have 0 space. So, this one is actually a very good compromise. Also, it doesn't have slides, which is much preferable since slides actually reduce the weight capacity which is not huge in small motorhomes to begin with, and being able to use the rv in any parking arrangement is a huge deal. Aaannnndddd this layout actually allows for a permanent bed set up (comfort is easily fixed with a memory foam matress) and in the dinette side, if there was just storage under the seats I'd just take oit the whole thing and convert it into an office space, with the desk in one of the sides, and the chair on the other one giveb the current dinette position, so that you still have access to the hallway. Honestly, after covid years began, the rv manufacturers just keep popping models with layouts that sadly do not meet the needs of one of the biggest niche buyers, the digital workers. Specially in the small motorhome market. Not everyone is interested in a +4 seater/sleeper. A LOT of people, at least most of freelancers are happy with having comfort in the 2 spaces they spend most hours in wich are an office set up and a bed that doesn't need to be taken apart.

This is a darling coach. I would remove the booth seats and put swivel dinette chairs there. With the booth gone I'd put a small bookshelf against the wall under the table and use it as my pantry. I love the idea of no permanent bed. Seems like a loss of living space dragging around a bed. Although I wouldn't mind if one was offered above the cab. Speaking of above the cab, why is the storage space behind the TV closed off? That should be a mounted on a cabinet door. Lastly this would be the perfect vehicle to do away with the TV altogether and install a roll up screen with a projector.

This RV is perfect for day trips & I like the two sofa layout but do they come with seatbelts?
Be perfect to load up the family & tow our toys with us with out worrying where a potty is. After a long day of playing we could shower & have a good meal. Most of the time we will be sitting under the awning with our camp chairs & foldable table that could also work inside when weather is bad.
As for sleeping, can two of ya sleep on one of the coaches?
If not it would be nice to have both couches turn into one big bed & have kids stay in tents. Then when you get older & kids are gone have two separate beds. It’s no big deal to turn your bed back into a couch with your bedding on it. I’ve done it in my parents RV but I mostly left it as a bed & sit on the edge of it, it’s better than setting up my tent.
What would make this RV better is if the driver & passenger seats would swivel to face the other way with some sort of table. Only problem with this is you can’t see the TV but that dosen’t bother me because we’re always outside. Only go inside when traveling, bathroom, sleeping & cooking inside when weather is bad.
Be great if this was 4wd for winter fun.
I like how this is versatile in a small package & the things I would like it to have is solar panels with 12v next to beds for CPAP. A lot of people don’t realize that using a 12v adapter with CPAP uses less electricity. The swivel seats would be nice but not a deal breaker for me like with the 4wd. Must have a Fantastic or Max Fan. My neighbor has a fan & never used the AC in their Fith Wheel.
The things I don’t need is the oven, microwave & the TV. Never used them in my parents RV because were outside cooking. Never really needed to take a generator with us. Having solar panels & propane is a must.

Can two people sleep in that jacknife sofa? 🙄 can they put another jacknife sofa in the opposite side? Just have a table in between to install just to eat? Remove when it's done?

I don't have a three things for this one. I just wish it had better sleeping space, and I'd get the 5270 model (fifty-two-seventy, Matt) instead.

I’d take out the sofa for a single bed with pillows and more comfortable mattress.

Should be built on the e 450 chassis so it can tow a race car or Jeep on a trailer. Or even better build it on the f 450 chassis.

Matt you know that the couch is not a one bit compfortable or nice especially jackknifed out and to try to sleep on it....i can't call it a bed because it's not a bed it's a rest area I guess but I don't even know if anyone could get any rest on it....good review for what little you had to work with....

One more thing, is there a curtain of some kind to pull across, for privacy (behind the cab seats)? I mean, in case people are walking in front of the rv, they can look right in!

I wonder if Gulf Stream will ever re-introduce the 8411 Class A Motorhome with the Atrium/Sun Room Slide out ????? I might even learn how to drive a Class A for that one. This BT Cruiser is spiffy!

    • @bronzesaw3718
      @bronzesaw3718 Před rokem

It's the E-350. We tried a conquest 6237 on the Transit platform and it's been sitting out in the field unfinished for about a year or 2. I asked about it and was told it was too expensive to make it worth.

I always liked the BT Cruiser. It would sell a lot more units if it was four seasons. There are lots of Canadian RVers that like to camp all year round. Matt, you and Andrea look beautiful today. Hi Uma! Cheers 😘🥂😘
