I felt the need to change up my routine and this series is great, really enjoyed this session (was a bit of a struggle to get me motivated). Coming all the way down south in the US, Baton Rouge, LA. 15 years massage therapist and going on 11 years as a physical therapist assistant with a bum shoulder.
Tough job on the wrist and shoulders for sure. Well done for keeping yourself moving though 👍🏼💪🏼🇺🇸

Yes the E-book workouts are most similar to the bulk of my training with more of a strength focus and for reps rather than time. Obviously still do a lot of these follow along style mixed in.

First week down!!! I don't remember the last time I stuck to a workout for so long lol. I'm really enjoying and looking forward to next 5 weeks of the series.
It's actually pretty smart to have this particular workout in between two rest days, I recovered nicely yesterday and decided to increase the weight by 5 lb today (10 lb for light and 15 lb for heavy) and managed to do the whole thing even though it was very hard. Excited for the rest day tomorrow lol.

okay today I did 15 lb all way through, wasn't feeling confidence increasing the weight on snatches to 20lb but retrospectively i probs could've done 20 in the first round. Feeling great!!!
workout complete!!! listened to myself from a month ago and did 20lb and it was perfect. i could only do 8 snatches per side but I liked the challenge. 10lb the second part.

Another great one. Wont lie, tues kicked my butt and so going to repeat week one starting Monday. In my defense it was 95 degrees F in my gym (south east Texas) and i turned 61 last week. That said, i WILL complete this series! Then maybe a 6 week ring workout series? Pretty please? LOL😊
Thanks. 61 & going strong! Yes heat definitely makes it tougher. Will get a rings series done at some point, not sure how many of my Subs follow for rings content but could do it on upcoming members area as those people are more likely to have more equipment. Need wrist to heal up fully for that so will likely be towards end of summer 💪🏼
