(Sorry my German is a little rusty) Powering up an unknown DCC900 is not a good idea. It's about 100% certain that, if it's not revised, it has leaky capacitors on the read/write circuit board; the leaked fluid damages the board and may cause short circuits. And of course it will need new belts. You can get new belts and a brand new read/write board from the DCC Museum. We will need to remove the custom IC's from the old read/write board. The DCC 900 can usually be repaired to fully working status. Good luck!

日本でのDCCは幻扱いになってしまいました。
私のRC-DC10は元気です。日本ではアナログカセットの復権がありますが、アナログカセットテープはフランスに負けてます。
DCCの音楽再生の芸術性では今でも価値があると信じてます。
テープ媒体としての音の筋肉質なニュアンスは原音圧縮技術以前の問題ですね。CD,MD,ましてやSACDではこのニュアンスは出せない。
金儲けに走った業界と支えるファンドが音楽を判っていない悲劇でしょう。DCCの上はDATのみですが、堅苦しい音。
できればフィリップスのDCC900が欲しかったがもうジャンクしか日本にはない。
悔しい！
