This time, this is a video of making flowers with royal icing.
To make my favorite hydrangea flower and decorate it on a cake, I first made little flowers.

Ingredients
Icing sugar 260g
egg white 30g
lemon juice 5g (1 ts) - Jak na to + styl

Very lovely tutorial. I have never worked with royal icing. Can the icing batch be once made and stored? It will become dry on storage I think. Do we get it back to the right consistency by adding little lime juice and whisking again? Thanks dear. Love your videos.
Hi~.You can keep it up to 3 days in the fridge. Cover with plastic wrap or bag tightly in an air tight container. When you’re ready to use the royal icing again, simply let it come to room temperature (still covered).
Then give it a good stir to use. You may need to thin or thicken it again adding lemon juice or icing sugar before using.

I love your hortensia's, but I think that for cake decorating it's more convenient using buttercream or bean paste, than icing.
