can you request meals made without “dairy” (milk butter) ??

I’ve never done this personally, but most cruise lines are very accommodating with food allergens, sensitivity, etc. You can reach out to them and request specialty meals. From what I understand, you might need to pre-order your meals in advance (like on the first day).
