How to Open Your Third Eye | Ayyappa Pindi

Opening the third eye is a process. It can happen if you’re ready for it. You will feel a certain pressure or tickling sensation or start seeing light on this spot. It doesn’t open at once, it a process and possibly takes some time. It’s an energetic eye between your eyebrow. It is connected to the pineal gland. When you meditate every day by observing your natural breath, the third eye will gradually open.

Thanks for sharing this with us. However, I've one question - What about Bhakti? That which comes from your heart and is selfless love? Didn't Ramakrishna Paramhansa dissolve into Kali Mata through his endless love for Maa? Isn't that also a type of meditation? There are so many other bhakts (Tulsidas/Lord Rama, Bamakhepa/TaraMata, etc.) who've seemingly attained salvation by their love for their Gods? Would appreciate your thoughts on it 🙏

@ Sunit Joshi I had same question running in my mind..But I remembered Dhruva,Bhakta Prahlada,Guru Raghavendra Swamy ,Sant Tukaram, Dnyaneshwar Maharaj and many other Sages had Unconditional Love and Devotion, However they realised their Self only thru Meditation...As Ayyappa Sir has mentioned in his other videos,its a tool to know one's Self and Purpose of Life..Below is a Brief about Sant Tukaram..
Saint Tukaram's first wife was Rakhama Bai, and they had a son named Santu. However, both his son and wife starved to death in the famine of 1630-1632. The deaths and widespread poverty had a profound effect on Tukaram, who became contemplative, meditating on the hills of Sahyadri range (Western Ghats) in Maharashtra, and later wrote he "had discussions with my own self".

Thank you sir for sharing all the experiences. Extremely divine no words. Sir i am 31yrs of age now been doing meditation since past 6 years. I had one experience 2 yrs ago. In one morning when i sat on our chair my eyes closed i saw a white colour star at the middle of my forehead third eye area. It was surrounded by layers of colours having golden ring at the end. It was so bright and crystal clear that i can't explain. I want to know what it is. I never saw that again
