You can try to put the water in your mouth first then tilt your head back slightly and then open your lips just enough to let the pill in and swallow it all. But the best hack I’ve found is using a carbonated drink- can be diet soda or sparkling water floats the pill down

    Can Dehydration cause it?

I'm sure it can! It can definitely cause hypotension I think, or low blood pressure, which can make you dizzy or even pass out

Do according to my doctor im diabetic so started wearing a cgm since wearing it i have never ever had a single low sugar event or hypoglycemia event not once !! Yet all research online says diabetics have a low sugar event at the minimum once per week no matter how careful you are ? Ive gotten it zero times for the last 2 months so is possible im not really diabetic and somthing else could be causing my high blood sugar?

You don’t always have the low with diabetes, that often occurs with usage of insulin or “improper” diet. You may still have it but stay in the higher ranges. Trust I started experiencing Hypo without diabetes and that shit felt like I was on deaths door.

Im not diabetic but my blood glucose level is 90 after 2 hours of fasting. Is it low or normal?

      perfectly normal

Normal! I have reactive hypoglycemia. Usually after eating I measure at 140 and 30 mins after the meal it goes back to 75 ☺️ so you are good!

I also stopped measuring. I already have anxiety ahah. But you should feel shaky, confused and sweaty if you have an episode. Usually I get "numb" and stop speaking much, and you wont have much time to take action, about 15/20 mins tops
      Before I feel terrible
Usually I need to sleep after an episode.

I think it's different for everyone, but anywhere around 70-100 I think is normal but again it's different for each person
