There was nothing wrong with Clay saying he wasn’t ready but the fact he didn’t have the discernment and the class to just tell her that before bringing all of their friends and family is immature and the way his family coddled him was horrible 🙂

TIPS FOR ADHD:
1) limit coffee! It increases your cortisol levels & will make you even more anxious
2) Try lion’s mane mushroom (they come in capsules/pill form)HIGHLY RECOMMEND
3)listen to brown noise or lo-fi music while completing tasks

I’m not Adderall anymore but vyvanse and these meds need to be taken seriously and a lot of research prior of taking them because you have to get to the root cause and limit food dyes and sugar as well! It’s a whole thing.
I actually disagree. As an educator of 17 years, a mom of two adhd kids, and having it myself… I more often see caffeine do the exact opposite. It more often calms the nerves than not. As a matter of fact, it will put me right to sleep! lol!
Now this isn’t true for everyone, but I’ve seen it be true for a LOT of people versus not.
@@WitdaSmiths for some people it does this but for a lot of us it does not help at all but I’ve also met some people who doesn’t have any effect from caffeine.. just depends on the person but for a lot of people with ADHD, it can have the common effect of making it worse rather than better
I am from the Caribbean. 🇹🇹We wash and pre season all our meats. It’s very convenient and you will be pleasantly surprised by how flavorful your meals will be.
Interesting. In North America and Europe it is frowned upon to wash your meat as it spreads bacteria everywhere when the bacteria will be killed once cooked anyway. Idk about anywhere else

@@christineg6123 I heard of this before and I remember one time being on TikTok and in the comments people was talking about the lady washing her meat and I’m thinking wow I grew up seeing that you’re supposed to wash meat in vinegar or lemon juice. That’s what makes us all unique …we grow up on different parts of the world and things are done differently as long as you and your family OK with what you do don’t put your beliefs and etiquette on someone else is how I like to think of it🤷🏽♀️

When I first started my ADHD meds, my therapist really had to get down to the source of my anxiety. My anxiety is induced by my ADHD. But some people are just anxious all alone in addition to having ADHD. You may just need your meds adjusted. Bc adderall will definitely exacerbate your anxiety taking it alone. They can give you an ADHD, anti depressant combination that can help mellow it out!
I did a low stim med. I got my diagnosis alongside anxiety and depression. So, I had to do a low stim ADHD med because of my anxiety.

I am a witness to the as I am braid spray. I don’t get the rosemary one, but I get the rice water. It was the purple one that was next to what you got. I spray my braids every other day….it smells so good and my hair is growing like weeds.
Also, I’ve been a fan of what I call ingredient prepping for probably about the last five years. As soon as I come home from the store, I prep produce, make boiled eggs, cook a few pieces of salmon, a few chicken breasts, make rice for the week and it makes weekly meals so much easier.

Hey Kenna, a good rule of thumb and what I do when I season my meat is using a tablespoon of whatever salt based seasoning and or sauce per pound of meat and if you’re using 2 different salt heavy seasonings then half them. That way you are sure it’s going to be seasoned enough salt wise, any other seasonings you can decide between 1 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon depending upon what seasonings you’re using or measure with your heart. I don't know who told you to stop wearing braids but don't stop. Braids for me is so necessary. I am a mom that's always on the go i honestly don't have the time to do my hair every day. For me personally braids make me look more put together. You can't go wrong with a protective style💅

I really like the room! Don’t paint over the wall, maybe just touch up where you need to. Also, it is recommended you pull the tape soon after you paint while it’s still kinda wet because once the paint dries there’s a tendency to accidentally take off the paint. Kenna! From a lash artist , Any oils near your lashes will effect retention! No matter if your tech used a bonder at the end or not. Do not wet your lashes for 24 hours either. When I get lashes myself I have to avoid any products that contain any oil.
In the pods, AD made a comment saying that she typically goes towards guys that need "fixing" and she takes them on as projects. So I can definitely see why she stood by Clay as long as she did.

I used to like notes until I tried google calendar and Google tasks. When you pull it up on your PC or iPad you can see your month and all your todos for the month, week or day. And you can organize it with different categories like you have done with the notes. Also there are apps for the iPhone as well
For your fridge situation you should buy another fridge that’s inexpensive and keep it in your garage and storing leftovers and the big juices in there
