Hello!! Thank you so much for giving tons of advice about strabismus on your channel. I was thinking about getting the surgery myself, hoping that it'd be the final and even more so permeant solution. Is your eye turn still an ongoing struggle even after surgery? Do you still have to do a lot to keep your eyes straight, or are they straight 100% of the time without you needing to do anything to keep them that way now that you've had your surgery.
The eye muscle surgery is helpful in that it pulls your eyes straight, which helps do vision therapy when they are straight. If you don’t do vision therapy directly after the surgery, it will revert. Take it from me after 2 muscle surgeries. Wish I did vision therapy after I got it in 2015. Didn’t know about the vision therapy.
