Uff this "Te quiero" sounds weird. I'm spanish and is not really good the pronunciation.The least I expect is that if you are going to say 2 words in Spanish, at least make the effort to learn how to pronounce it. Espy you know how to pronounce Spanish very well. Do you know the language?
They're rounding up the vowels so it fits the song 😭 Sure, it's not pronounced in the right way but would you rather have it pronounced correctly but sound horrible or pronounced slightly incorrectly but sound good? It's the same with English as well, and in any other language. There are times when you have to round the vowels a bit so it doesn't sound awkward. That's why you hear "I" being pronounced as "Ah" sometimes.
