Because it's number 7, I will make a much bigger base (Just like a little floor where you can glue you number seven) to keep it from standing and I will also put balloon weight right on the base. Hello KIONNA, Thank you and yes, you can do this a day before, except for the balloon beads. We don't recommend making it a day ahead since it will deflate sometimes.
This balloon design will last longer though.
