Awesome content, well... about the important tools i think its not very much, i had a 13 g 650 gs and i bring a tubeless tire repair kit and a liquid sealant, if my tire get really low the sealant also fill the tire with the air, i bring a little case with sockets from 7mm up to 30mm and a torx kit for the plastic covers and general screws of g650, with this i can do pretty much everything on my bike, its good to add some pliers for cutting and holding stuff, hellermann ties, some screwdrivers 2 for each type, one small and one big (slotted/phillips) and thats it, pretty basic but it serves me well, for me those first 3 are the most important, tire repair kit, socket case and the torx kit (because its the screw type on my bike)
Thanks for that great response! You've given me some things to think about at the perfect time since I'm reviewing my tool kit. I realized I was carrying tools that I never once used. So I guess it's a good time to sort that all out and maybe even reduce the weight!
