After many years of trying to get married (this is after I was ill and being operated on multiple times for more than a decade) I finally got married. I did istikhara and it was positive so I proceeded even though I didn't really know the person I married but she had plenty of great recommendations. Unfortunately she turned out to have a very seedy past even though she was a Hifaz e Quran, an orphan and divorced recently. Had done my due diligence to a respectful degree and everything seemed fine. I was extremely sad, depressed and even carried her burden of shame which I should never have done. Her continuous lies could not save the marriage even though I gave her plenty of time. What I'm saying is I'm on ALLAH'S plan. I'm old but I don't feel my trials and tribulations are for nothing. The Maker will give me something to give me solace soon Insha'Allah.

It's the society sister, there's many factors. From a young age the man has been attacked and downplayed, made to feel useless and left without any purpose. Likewise many of the youth waste time chasing girls, get involved in drugs, the streets etc which later on affects their physical and mental well being. When they finally come on track, now they are in their mid twenties with no decent job or money etc and strong desire. Some work hard to get married while others cannot be bothered and fall into haram and others don't do either they neither work hard nor do they fall into haram leading into many of the brothers n sisters staying unmarried not to mention many of these decent guys end up going back home to find a traditional woman as they feel like they cannot find the right one here hence sisters haver even lesser options for marriage in the west

Happened to me...comminucate with one for almost 10 years .....infact met 3 times in person and her whole family i was inch away from getting married than they said no.....followed by some other women came in my life and propose me and my answer was yes and alhumdulillah we got married literally days ....now to this day old one still single and regret not marrying me and now wants me to marry and make her second wife.......what this brother said happened exactly in my case

I feel absolutely terrible regarding my genes and how ungrateful people speak regarding what we cannot change I’m an average man yet our traits are deemed as les desirable and we are dealt with nothing but forcibly telling ourselves- “man up” Ridiculous and so unpleasant and ungrateful. I feel absolutely terrible regarding my genes and how ungrateful people speak regarding what we cannot change
I’m an average man yet our traits are deemed as les desirable and we are dealt with nothing but forcibly telling ourselves- “man up”

I don’t want to get married because of how ungrateful people are.
I feel less desirable for traits I cannot control.

Everything happens for a reason. Perhaps Allah gave you less so that you’d be grateful for what you have and not develop habits of people with everything like being ungrateful, prideful, or stingy. Above all, remember that this life is temporary and even people that are well off in this world will eventually die and what they were given will not help them. The same fate will happen to all of us

You’re telling me that Allah made it less for me to be able to cheat while the women at average have this option to themselves for being beautiful at average and having urges towards similar things and giving some men more appeal over others as a “test” and that it isn’t required for 4 witnesses to be there in order for cheating to take place?
How men are manipulated by their wives into giving their wives to other men
And no one cares?!
I swear this is the problem with people and has far less to do with Allah and what he’s written for us.
The Prophet was the only man on the battlefield who cried for a man who couldn’t get married but that he himself as the prophet needed to go and find a clean hearted and pure woman for him (we don’t know if it was the case or not) - and once that man had died the Prophet was the only one crying for him.
Tells you enough about how people are still who they were
But yet- Allah made these difficulties himself by creating what also consists of an influence of fire.
Culturally telling men to marry women who humiliate them by thinking you deserve less truth to be told to you or people make you feel ungrateful as a influence of how they respond? Yet made trust absolutely difficult for men like us to have with another woman knowing that she claims her heart is with you but her body is elsewhere makes death sound sweet

Single life is beyond horrible terrible beyond lifeless missing out of love and comfort and I had missed out now I m 41 3 women I wanted to get marrried too didn’t workout and I l knew them best and all religious and halal. And halal doors is being shut down in my face and and start to hate life naturally the heart dies and you loose faith and it’s life you just walking 🚶♀️ in the highway and coming home everynight all alone. I don’t believe Allah has plans for me at all and I have doubts so now I will have to travel to Brazil 🇧🇷 vacation and find a non Muslims beautiful people and start dating and market myself and look at thangs that is prohibited 🚫.
