@Kayaesi. Kindly do some research a bit more on the Swahili language. I see you're quite misinformed on the Swahili language from Eastern Congo and Burundi as a whole. Swahili is a language developed from different dialects and regions.
This made the Swahili language to have different identities or subgroups based on their region of origin:
-Swahili from Zanzibar and some parts of Tanzania - Kiunguja
-Swahili from Lamu, Mombasa( Kenya ) - Kimvita but also Kiunguja is well-spoken there
-Swahili from the Eastern Congo and it surrounding Neighbours ( Burundi - Bujumbura ) - Kingawana which was influenced by Arabs from during the Omani Empire in the Zanzibar under the Arab Trader - Tippu Tib.
With that being said, there are such areas in Congo such as Uvira, Maniema and Burundi that speak Swahili that is quite similar to the ones spoken in the eastern coast of Africa "Tanzania".

That's a good point. The Swahili in Congo is also mixed with other local languages besides Lingala. The man from Lubumbashi (in this video) is imitating the accent of the Baluba from Katanga, and he's mixing with some KI-luba words. I know that in other parts of Congo, there's a lot of confusion about the term Baluba. People outside of Katanga always immediately assume that the term refers to people from the Kasai region who speak TSHI-luba. If you ever visit Lubumbashi, or any other place in the Katanga, you will recognize the accent the man is doing in the video.
