Dollar Tree has garment storage bags in large and XL. They are thick mil plastic bags. The large comes in a 2 or 3 pack/$1 and fits lot’s of plastics. In the boat:one for craws, one for worms, swimbaits, creatures, etc.
In the small boat I know the waters I will fish and have junebug/blk and blue plastics of various shapes. Works good and cheap!

I use the 6th Sense bag. Singular. When I fished the knuklhed I had one 3700, one 3600, and the 6th Sense bag with maybe 12-15 bags of plastic and a few other miscellany. That’s it.
Oh. I put the bag in the dreaded under seat area.
Those are some good options though. Thanks.

This abnormal mild winter has me jonesing to get back in the yak. I use freezer bags for plastics. Works pretty good & cheap. Another cheap option is those plastic accordion file folders for paperwork. Good for big glide/swimbaits too. Thanks for showing bags fitting in the kayak 👍

Really liked your youtube clip about plastics storage. I found a really great solution. I bought those empty plastic pencil cases for $ .99 cents to $2.00 for deluxe ones at the end of the rush for school supplies in the fall. They work great when you put the binder clips on them or buy a cheap 3 ring soft binder. I also just bought a Amazon toilettery bag and stuffed them in it.

Hey on your soft plastic bags you should look at the buzbe hard deep box and take all the bins out but then could leave some 1x2 in it for hooks and weights and still get a good variety of baits In the box. And also the box will float lol

I went down this road with my 22 12.5 native slayer. Ran the KVD speed bags under the seat. After two seasons they fell apart because the slayer with no scrubber plugs is wet around your feet. The slayer comes with a plastic seat base. I modified that seat base ( cut the center out of it and plastic welded it back together, not for the faint of heart , ).This gave me room to run a harbor freight stackable tool box ,top portion 39 $ under the seat. Sturdy water tight clear top a lot of room. I know this may be out of reach for a lot of ppl but my point is that if you think out side the box you can get something that works. Which is what you guys did. Great video keep it coming

I got the plano 3700 speedbag a while back, It's pretty much the same dimensions just a bit wider than the buzbe large deep. If I could go back I would go with the buzbe for the extra $7, I like where the handle on the buzbe is more and how it opens. The bigger plano works more as an extra tote for stowaways. It CAN hold a lot but it gets bothersome if you have some plastics at the bottom of the bag, you have to go digging down through it all.

SO FAR, I THINK my solution is one of those sidio half crates at home with most of my baits in it and the buzbee large cube in my kayak and magpul daka pouch in my bank fishing sling pack that only hold a few plastics for a quick outing. I like that you guys don’t just test out things marketed towards fishing, like that makeup bag. I’ll consider and use anything if it works better than something specifically marketed towards anglers.

Off topic here but if you want a great UL rod for only $65, the Bass Pro Shop’s Crappie Max Quick Tip is amazing. It has Fugi guides, a really nice reel seed, and the second half of the rod is made of carbon. This rod is easy as good as any $100-150 UL rods. I have used the Dobins Sierra Panfish elite ($160) and the Crappie Max Quick Tip feels almost as good if not just as good. And BPS gives you a reel with the rod. The reel isn’t great but the rod is amazing.

Great video and perfect time for it to drop on my suggestion, I've been looking at that zman one and the $70 one I'm glad to know you can fit more than its suggested 40 or whatever it is. And I love the little sleeve on the inside that's a perfect place to put your jig heads. It's perfect and honestly for 50 bucks I think it's well worth it. And maybe take some of that camp dry spray before you take it out and use it and spray the outside if it's a fabric if you do two good coats and let it fully dry I'm pretty sure it would make it pretty resistant to anything, as in the fabric

A couple comments. I tried the KVD worm bags for a season. What I notice is that anything that is weather resistant keeps moisture in as well as it keeps moisture out. Once you have mositure penetration, it just stays there. The best hook organizer I ever had was going to the hardware store and purchasing 3in snap ring style key holders. I then placed all my off the shelf hook packages in size order. One group was numbers below 1-0 and the other was 1-0 and above. Simple and worked well.

Large ziploc bags have worked for years but i do have the weird tote everyone else has lol. Nah but i have been looking for other ways. I do have a few zmann baits binders. Two are full of just senkos. Just bought a hole punch and bam! But be careful not to puncture the housing to the worms. Each senko bag has melted corners you can get a hole punch through. I can hold about 10 full senko bag in each maybe more. I like the plano and buzbe versions you showed. Like the little window too! They need to make a magnetic heavy duty worm bag that snaps closed with magnets but stays open well... Fish on!!!

When I go on vacation I end up using about three baits because I know the lake I fish at
One year I took a huge bag with a bunch of stuff in it and ended up using a bunch of the same baits for an entire week.
I caught northern, musky, and largemouth and small mouth bass all on two rattletraps.

Get an inexpensive Bass Pro Shop nylon canvas binder with a Velcro closure and handle 10”x7”x3-4”thick comes with 10 zip lock pages holds 20 packs back to back. You can open it up and view all your baits in 30 seconds or less. You can have one for each type of bait. I stopped at the Plano outlet store today. They did not have the Xtra long bait bags. Sorry guys. I was able to pick up 2 Abu Garcia Roxani bait cast combos for 30.00 each. A large 3700 Tackle bag for 15.00. Also a Berkeley Highjacker top water bait.

What I miss the most with keeping elaztech plastics (incl rigged ones) "hidden away" in their bags is that I can't just open up a box lid, say "OOooooooh" and get a nice "candy shop" overview of all the options I have, like I can with hardbaits. An not just during fishing but even in the middle of the offseason months away from open water I like to just open up a box of all kinds of rigged plastics and daydream I'm sitting in my yak wondering what to tie on...

Home Depot Husky 12" Zipper Tool Bag for the win. Who cares about waterproof bags, if your soft plastics are already in zip bags? Buzbee are Lamborghinis of storage = overpriced. Great video, but I think you missed some other opportunities. Does it have a zipper, is it quality/HD fabric, is it collapsible? $15 for the win. Padding for soft baits? Have used them for years. $50+ for a bag? No thanks.

Hey on your soft plastic bags you should look at the buzbe hard deep box and take all the bins out but then could leave some 1x2 in it for hooks and weights and still get a good variety of baits In the box. And also the box will float lol
