About Below Deck:

Fraser is beyond unprofessional, you never discuss issues with your fellow employees, he should have a sitdown with the captain, and Barbie, and no one else.

I don’t understand Frazier and Xandi’s attitude toward Barbie. Did production edit out scenes because all I see is her doing her job.
Right that's what I'm thinking because if your biggest complaint is that she doesn't give you eye contact but she does everything you've asked - you need to talk that out in therapy. Employees aren't you friend and don't need to be friendly to you - it's OK to just do your job especially when all they've given her is table work and scullery maid assignments.

Agree with all he told Barbie in the last episode at the beach she works for him 😂 and he can fire her this mean girl is so delusional in the upcoming episode he is talking to the Captain about her being insubordinate and it’s a firing offense but I don’t believe she gets fired Frazier is just out of control he is even getting on the chef doesn’t he have enough to do I can’t with this guy
I don’t think Xandi ever liked Barbie so when Frazier had issues they formed the dreaded bond of having a common enemy. Frazier for sure invalidates Barbie’s feelings and idgaf if Paris is his friends ex (I believe it was Storm they showed), she hasn’t even showed any work ethic and you’re already bringing her into the drama.
I know Barbie “doesn’t quit anything” but with the way Frazier is handling the situation, him and Xandi are just going to make it either a nightmare for Barbie or start the list to get her fired (we already saw him tell Captain “insubordination is a fireable offense”)…. Funny because this is now the second stew he’s recommending get let go and that’s not a good look.
The only correct thing Ben has said is how Frazier can never keep stews around and that includes last season.

This behavior would wear anyone down. Ridiculous!!! Where's my girl Aesha Scott (my favorite Chief Stew), now he can learn a thing or two from that Chica!

Fire Fraser...he is a bully and in everyone's business. He gossips and talks behind his workers back trying to turning everyone against each other. Captain isn't too bright either why did he sit at that table watching Fraser serve by himself and it was cold plates..Why wasn't above deck crew helping to serve also like they alway do then he let Barbie serve then next service all the dinner by herself. And he sits there saying nothing to Fraser about that service and why only one person bringing the plates up and then blames the chef and has a talk with him and letting Fraser get off scot free. Good next Fraser will tell him how to do things.

Idk why everyone is dog piling on Fraser as if he hadn’t spoken to Barbie multiple times about how she speaks to people. He hasn’t called her a bad stew once and when she said she needed more positive reinforcement/praise he gave her that and she was still rude. she’s getting upset now because her team is over it and doesn’t want to give her anymore energy and her calling him out in front of the entire crew was manipulative and her trying to paint herself as the bigger person when she is actively contributing to the problem
He's handling the situation horribly thats why. The behaviour in Barbie and his reaction doesnt match the sheer amount of work she is doing. She hasnt had any praise, no rewards, just negative sentiments.

Paris is a total class act. Even before getting on the boat at the party, she was acting as "ships counselor" to most of the crew. Can't wait to see how she does. Seems very experienced at yachting. Love those "Swan" towels! She is beautiful, strong, articulate and skilled in stew crafts. But boys being boys, there is going to be sexual tension. Stay tuned.

I 100% agree. Frazier has gotten out of hand and been veryuntactful in his talks with the Captain always about those under him behavior when it feels 2nd grade like.
He says he demands respect…but dude you got to give support have it come back to you. Very petty. I was shocked he went after the chef and that his kitchen was such a mess. The clients who had so many dietary restriction makes it near impossible to get food out at same time. That wasn’t the cooks fault. Frazier didn’t help cleaning pits and pans and then has audacity to go to captain to complain. He acts like he a superior rank than the chief which he absolutely is not…and go running up to captain to Bitchy’s about it and thankfully the captain is Switzerland when it comes to the 3 leadership of cook, interiors and exterior.
