This is how the wing works:
The wing goes up and tilts a little bit up so that air is being pushed up forcing the car down, which creates better traction at high speeds. The wing also tilts higher up while braking to help the car brake when you are going at a high speed. There is different modes, one being that it always stays up or down which is for looks. And another for the performance. The performance setting will make the wing stay down at low speeds and initial acceleration because it doesn't need the extra traction at slow speed, and will only make the car accelerate a little bit slower. Once the car reaches a certain speed it goes up, which allows that car to have better traction while going a high speed.

The Spoiler goes up to give better down force to keep the car on the ground and gives you more traction. The Spoiler also goes completely vertical like an air brake when you brake hard to slow down faster.
Also when you enable the 400kph mode, the car and the spoiler goes as low and as flat as possible to giver the least amount of air resistance.
The thing at the back that goes up and down is for down force at high speed
