Please, just keep on sending new episodes ❤😊❤❤❤
These programs are a great education in home buying and human nature.
Interesting how some searches the people are so very negative, and others the positivity makes the programme so much more enjoyable.
Agreed, those who are negative must have very sad lives always wanting what they can't have - sickening - every home I've ever lived in high, low, condos near ocean - LOVED THEM ALL & cannot stand picky negative people
I love Phil and Kirsty!! They make house-hunting so interesting!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Charlie clearly loved the Roundhay house. It seemed by far the better option.
I find it funny that Kate said the first house needed work because the fourth house looked like it needed even more work lol,
Kate's stupid
I think the couple should have bought the last one and built a ground floor extension with the money saved to make the downstairs living space bigger. It’s a better house and area for staying longer term and potentially raising a family in.
I agree however probably location and ono other work to do won in the end...take care😊
I just love Phil and Kirsti and will watch anything they do.❤
Great channel with great content. Love Phil and Kristy.
Thank for bringing this show to us every Sunday!
Phil you are one of those men, that the older you get the better looking you get !!!
Oeoeoeoeoehhhhh
Hailey looks a little bit like a young Reese Witherspoon. I love these shows! Phil is such a kind man, and Kirstie is funny and a no-nonsense kind of woman; a perfect foil for Phil. Thanks so much for the upload. Cheers from Canada.
Are your spectacles big enough?🤓🤣😂
@@sjefhendrickx2257 Yes, they were, which is why I changed them. Styles come and go, don't ya know.
As someone who has sold homes for over 40years, Kate is one of those clients that I’d have to battle the urge to slow my SUV down to 30MPH and hit the eject button. Sheesh.
AGREED
😂
The Bedale house was perfect! It’s a lovely market town too. Gosh she was hard work. No personality either!
Her 15 minutes of fame…🤣🤣🤣
Can't imagine being so risk adverse at such a young age.
I believe their caution is about not knowing (youth) and not wanting to make an utter mistake. Well, her at least!
I don't understand why Kate is wanting a place that requires so much maintenance, such as caring for the lawns and garden, when she is only going to be living there for six months of the year. It makes no sense. And why the need for one person to have such a big place too? All she really needs is a 1 bedroom lock up & leave apartment that she can come back home and crash down in when and as needed.
close to cafes and bars....that will last 5 min til you have kids. what a ridiculous reason to buy a home.
Thank you thank you thank you for all these lovely 'new' episodes!!! I'm in heaven!
I didn't warm to the househunters this time. Not sure why. Parking is an issue these days. Dunno what the parking options were....? The programme is called, 'Location, Location, Location ' for a reason....something has to give if locations are key.
I almost didn’t watch this episode after reading the comments about how negative the buyers were. I didn’t think they were more negative than usual . They knew what they didn’t want and stated it, which they are right to do.. I heard lots of positive remarks as well.
Wish it is more than 1 episode per week.
We all do!
OMG. 😮 THE most annoying and negative buyers I've seen.
Kate walked around like everything had a bad smell and the young couple were oozing negativity.
I felt so sorry for Phil and Kirstie.
They did love the first house though and was positive about it.
Another nice episode about human decision making.
Woo hoo! You did it. You’re a brave man though. Lots of work ahead. I look forward to watching you transform the house.
Wow both the women in this search were ... let's be polite and say 'difficult'
I had enough of house .hotel & kitchen TV
But I really do enjoy these 2 hosts
Work so well together for so long .
& Seem really genuine it what they do 👏
Oh!! One I've not seen!!!!! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate these!
What’s wrong with a double yellow line!! Better than the noise of someone else parking a few feet from your home & the gorgeous house be appreciated so much more!
As a Canadian, this is the first time I've heard the expression "double yellow line", but I'm inferring it means "no parking" on that side of the street. I would definitely prefer to be able to park right outside my house, rather than hunt for a spot a further distance away.
Driving around in circles every day to look for a parking spot would annoy someone like me and I guess it would Kate too.
@@nancyn347 Years ago when I moved to the UK (from the US) to study, another American went to buy a bike to get around the city. We went to the same bike shop on different days, but I think he must have annoyed the staff because he came back from buying a bike absolutely convinced - by the guys in the bike shop - that the double yellow line next to the curb was the bike lane, and you had to cycle right between the two lines. No amount of explaining that it was actually the sign for 'no parking' would convince him. He was adamant in his astonished insistence that you 'have to keep your front wheel between those two lines!' Even as an American, I have to say that Americans can be incredibly thick.
@@FigaroHey oh, that's too funny! I'm thinking the bike shop worker did not like your American friend. I bet there were lots of laughs at the pub amongst the bike shop workers about pulling one over on your friend! Thanks for the laugh!
WHERE DO YOU PUT YOUR CAR??
I was charmed by Knaresborough when visiting the UK! I would love the two bed cottage there! And the price would work for me!
if you really want a property, you must bid over asking price, not always, but it hot areas YES!
When I bought my house, my brief was that it had to have a fenced garden and a garage. Did the garage make me love the house? No, but it relieved me so I could focus on the house. Sometimes you just have to clear the road to free up your concerns first.
Looks like Kate left in a bit of a snit when her deal fell apart, stormed off to the countryside and bought the first property she saw - and goodbye, Kirsty, you're not needed! If she wanted country property, why didn't she say so in the first place, and not waste everybody's time!?
I agree with you that Kate’s choice was odd-not just for the reasons you mentioned but because she is a single woman with a chronic health condition who plans to live out of the country for half of the year. Why would she pick a house in a tiny village, without easy access to doctors or property caretakers, over a market town that would have both?
If Kate's away for 6 months of the year, I would think a condo would suit her better. Lock it and leave with no worries about maintenance.
I do feel the countryside was better for her given that the number one thing that bothered her was parking and busy roads.
Family adventure/fun room....
Id have taken Bedale property......enjoyed the episode...good luck to all.....❤
Haley changes her mind about the garden, one too big but second one about the same size.
both of these madams need an attitude adjustment, Phil put it perfectly "she fixates on the negative" that young man has a slog ahead of him, she seems to want what she wants & he just wants her happy, she needs to learn compromise, as for Kate, she needs to lose the chip on her shoulder,
What does double yellow
affect? In the u.s. you can’t pass on double yellow.
It's illegal to park your car on all areas marked with a double yellow line, in the UK. Strict NO PARKING EVER
@@jacqueline8559 thank you. Our double yellow are in the middle of the road. I also see squiggly lines on your roads and wonder what that means also.
@@wandapowell4003I was wondering the same thing! Lol
Phil and Kirsty are lovely but as a Leeds resident I think trying to persuade them from Chapel Allerton to Potter Newton was a no no.
If you're going to live 6 months of the year elsewhere, you need a "shut up and go" house. How does Kate think a garden is going to look after itself in the summer, peak growing season?
Kate! Wow.... is anything good enough? And Haley--why say you'd consider another area when you only want that one area? Ugh
"This is not the house for me/us" became quite tiresome to hear repeatedly.
I'm from the States, what is a double line on the road mean?
You cannot overtake a vehicle where it is.
A double yellow line at the curb means no parking. Single yellow means there are parking restriction (hopefully posted somewhere along the street).... but there are exceptions.
Great programs, love Kirsty and Phil, but why the silly google texts ?
Just switch the living room and dining room 🤷🏾♀️
I think Charlie and Haley chose the wrong house and firmly believe its more on Haley being the house diva and location snob. Don't give the relationship long as she's what seems to be a ball buster.
I love when Phil says the garden is huge. It’s about the size of a hanky lol.
So you ate one of them who thinks everything is small! Sad!
Kate is unpleasant
I am a woman alone , see a big kitchen and than say…ahh thats smalllll! Really??
O, and i need a bath and parking and and and……🤮🤢🥴
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💚🩵🥰🤗
I would hate to have to work with Kate she is a nightmare and she was rude to the people trying to help her. Her body language says it all 😮
😂 ...FunNY what some people call UPGRADES... 💩🌪️💩🧿 #NeverComeBack⌛ #Gratitude🇯🇵 can have thousand faces👩🎤 #WhiteSpineArmour👨🦲 #Standards4Poors🏳️🌈 #SidePlay🔀 #Audit🇧🇷
Kate is utterly weird and very picky why ask for help when she really doesn't want no matter what they show she don't like
Entitlement.
What British people Call large 😂😂😂
Keep in mind that the uk is considerably smaller than the us. Space is a luxury.
@@thehungrygoldfishnot just in house size 😂
what a woman....could you put upwith her ...?
Which one? both female clients were 'nastay"
Kate has mental issues ! This is more than about a house 😢
Kirstie isn’t a salesperson lol. She’s more of a host. The problem with Kate is that she changed her search requirements midway and the parking conflicts with her desire for charm and character. Older properties aren’t going to have the parking she wants. And I honestly feel like Kate didn’t have a clear idea on what she wanted.
