Taste of the Hawaiian Range - Lamb

With the annual Taste of the Hawaiian Range festival canceled this year due to COVID-19, the organization teamed up with the Hawai'i Community College Culinary Arts Program to celebrate local food farmers and ranchers and give students a unique experience as they conducted a food demo using local ingredients.
