    I was tempted to do the book with you but after watching you I felt it would be too much for me . I like the look of the fly lady steps they seem manageable and looks like a lot of self care too. I’m the same I need a routine of someone to tell me when to clean something and how often otherwise I have no idea what I am doing . I don’t get cleaning at all it’s a struggle . It will be good to see what you have found that works for you 😊

      I know, even with a routine it’s hard. I ve been doing maintenance everyday and recording it and my house still gets messy, it just doesn’t stop. There is another book I read as part of my research “unf***k your habitat”, I will do a video on it soon because it shares very interesting insights as to why people find it difficult, the repetitiveness of tasks being one of the reasons. Every approach has pros and cons but because we are all so diverse, different systems work for different people, unfortunately there is no “one size fits all” solution to adulting and life in general.

      That must feel demotivating in a way as your sticking to something and things are still messy . You really have done well tho your defiantly motivating me . That sounds really interesting that book I would be interested in that. Your right there isn’t one size fits all as I have seen some tips that people with adhd say help them and I think oh yeah that would work for me and other tips I look at and no that wouldn’t work for me at all . Like Remi was saying that one day a week she wakes up at 6 and cleans each room for 10 mins . I would never be able to do that , it wouldn’t work for me at all

      @@user-yb1kc7hr4m Remi’s rooms will take me a whole day each. I find early morning very difficult, I need time to wake up and get my head together. In an ideal world I would be waking up to a tidy home, that sets me off on a positive note for the whole day. However, it doesn’t always work out. I am most physically productive during the day, if I start straight after breakfast before I get too distracted with other things. In the evenings I am done, I can’t be bothered to get up and do anything, but that’s the time when I am intellectually most focused, since school time I ve always found it easier to do my reading and homework in the evening.

      Yeah I’m the same I can’t do mornings I can’t motivate myself at all .i struggle to get myself ready and out the door . However at night I’m much better and can get more done and that just woks for me better
