Great podcast! Around 1:19 mark, he says ppl can copy ideas, but cannot copy execution.
This is not true for China, who have copied ideas and products from the west and incrementally made it cheaper and acceptable quality.
So people can copy ideas and execute better.

Glad you raised this question in the young age.
1.Need to have project idea for Startup
2.Check any similar idea/project already available
3.Discuss your idea with experts or your customers
4.Write down your idea and each features in Model diagram.
5.Estimate the budget for your project. Dont spent too much in the beginning
6.Create Minimum Viable project - Add only crtitical important features. Dont add too many features in the beginning itself.
7.Share your project with your customers/experts and get feedback.
There are startup Incubators program conducted in various colleges like IIT Chennai, Anna University. Send your interest, If you are really passionate surely they will consider it. All the very best.
