Girrrlllll….. wait until you figure out how to do the different lunges on that thing! I’ve been doing Pilates for about a year and a half now and it’s the most consistent I’ve ever been. At the studio I go to, the focus on moving the tempo of music. So slow 2, fast 2, slow 4, fast 4……you’ll definitely feel it doing that
I just a lunge gone have my shaking like a stripper but I’m readyyy. Thanks for the tempo tip, I’ll certainly use that

Awww, I miss getting plums from grandparents trees. They used to taste sooo good. My grandma would make plum jelly and wine from them. I miss those days 🥺

I have a cardinal that visits almost every day and I feel like it’s my dad checking on me. October will make 2 years and that cardinal has been visiting since then.❤
