      Ahh ya we should’ve done that. Maybe I’ll make another video with another one of my e46’s to compare!

    Nice install, did you notice the trackwidth and camber increase? In theory it should since this adapter pushes the knuckle a bit more outwards.
    Cheers

      Yes sir. We’re working on figuring out caster adjustments. We need a little more for self-steer. Might do the condor offset bushings or slr adjustable. Update on that soon.

      @@jspeedracing good that you are following this way! CNC71 are made in Poland, I'm so proud of Maciej. I've made a similar adaptors for my e46s, but they give sooo much angle, that I was rubbing a chassis and gone for the longer LCAs. Those are great for stock LCAs for sure. When you are looking for more caster, use acentric polybushes for lolypops. In poland is one company which is making those, but for e36 'swaps' with e46 LCAs. E36 lolypops are 60mm. When you use M3 E46 lolypops they fit in E46 too. But probably they are not available in States :(

      @@thedoorjeff No we did it with the engine in. And oh man it was not fun. Well worth it cause you can currently sell the stock catted headers for hundreds of dollars! But it takes a couple days to install. lol

    Sick install vid 🤙 I’ve got a 330ci daily and thinking of either full drift setup or buy another shitbox 325 and just rip on it.
    What’s your thoughts on the strength of the 3L engine, online forums tell horror stories (as usual) of the oil pump failing because of harmonics on that engine. Have you done the raised Rev limiter or is the ecu still stock?

    • @jspeedracing
      @jspeedracing  Před 2 lety

      Hey bro! Oh sick! Ya in my experiences I probably wouldn't daily a drifter. Keep a daily a daily and get a beater for drifting if you can. So my 330i came with the nut "secured" by BMW cause the previous owner had it done at the dealership lol. My friend's 330i (which looks identical to mine) has not had it done and he just sends it. So far so good. We might secure it here soon though just to be safe.

    Hey I know this video is pretty old but I’m running the same set up on the same wheels and I’m hitting the fender liner so I’m going to pull it but my question is after pulling the liner did you rub on the style 162s on 235s?

    • @jspeedracing
      @jspeedracing  Před rokem

      Hey man! We pulled fender liners, raise it a little. And run a spacer if needed.

    • @Master-tl9sc
      @Master-tl9sc Před rokem

      Hmm well I pulled the liner and swapped my wheels and I don’t think I’m rubbing anywhere but I don’t feel like I’m getting as much angle as you are out of yours, I’ve ordered a set of 15mm spacers guess we will see if that makes a difference. Could just not look like as much because my wheels are more sunken in
