- Photographed on May 28. The flowers bloomed early this year, and unfortunately were past their full bloom period when we visited, but we hope you will enjoy the beautiful forest.
Rokka Forest is located at the southern end of the Hokkaido Garden Road. Mountain painter Naoyuki Sakamoto drew these Hokkaido wildflowers on Rokkatei wrapping paper. They bloom in the garden from season to season, and six species of flowers, known as the Tokachi Rokka, are especially representative.
Ezo gentian, Japanese pear, Japanese nipplewort, katakurii, Ezo alpine gentian, and Japanese white gentian, as well as a gallery of old Croatian houses that have been moved into the park.

六花亭のチョコレートは何度か買って食べてますが、あの包み紙の絵は超有名ですね。その花の咲いてるこちらの川の流れと緑も素晴らしいです。

この森ですよ、これこれ・・。なかなか無いです。あっても斜面なんですよね。川の水面と、地面の段差がないのがいいですね。ここで一日中過ごしてみたいです。健康になりそうですね。 自然音より控えめなBGMがセンスを感じます。構成が上手い！

Hi friend. Rokkatei is a confectionery manufacturer headquartered in Obihiro, Hokkaido. Rokkatei opened Rokka Forest in 2007. The site includes a factory, museum, and museum shop/restaurant. The confectionery factory blends in with nature, the museum is a reclaimed Croatian old house, and art by local artists has been arranged in harmony with the natural environment. We aim to create a place where people can experience local nature and culture. The master plan, with a small stream and a regulating pond at its core, has restored wetlands, revitalized riparian areas in isolated forests, and revived plants and flowers.
