I work my nuts off for 40 years to make a living. Flair doesn't know that Italian is a language, can't toss a bait net, and doesn't know how to take care of most animals . Owns 25000 acres of land, guns, boats, trucks, exotic pets, goes hunting and fishing or fxxking off when he feels like it. All this because of YouTue and he can't shut up.

Hey flair a tip from my old pops who fished all the time is store the fish in ice water immediately after catching them. It immediately freezes them and preserves flavor and meat freshness.

Flair, crappie and bluegill taste better when they sit in cold water over night after you fillet them. Fluffs them up and gets rid of the mushy texture.
When you kill a fish don’t let it suffocate use a knife to its head so it doesn’t get stressed and release stress hormones into it meat which makes the meat taste bad
Not really, the strong taste comes from them not bleeding the fish properly.
You can also put it in a salt/ice bath and it gets rid of blood and fishy taste. (Can also add lemon to add more flavor)
Rhys Wilson you are supposed to stab it in the brain bleed it out and destroy the spinal cord that makes the fish less mushy and last longer

If you want a catfish to taste super clean you should get a 20 gallon fish tank and set it up with a filter and aerator with cool water and catch the fish, keep them alive and then let them swim in the tank for a couple days. Fish are just filters. Whatever is in the water is how they will taste.

Just a little advice on the fish frying, put your fish in a bowl and mix with a little lemon juice and cover your fish in mustard it will help the fish fry stick better, also make sure your grease is at 375 before you put them in

Tightlining for crappie with small jigs will produce finicky crappie. Will also entice a bass strike. Check out videos for slip float bobber, you'll be amazed at the results from both crappie and bluegill.

Hey Flair, I have watched your videos forever now . Now you are catfishing and such I'm even more into vids . That cats tug is my drug lol. Hey I've been meaning to tell you. When using soft baits like liver and such . Buy bait string on Amazon and will keep those kinda baits on the hook . It's a elastic string for bait . And when your using hotdogs the best way to keep them on the hook , use a bait needle with a treble hook with leader , treble about the same size as the hotdogs your using . Hope you can get these cheap items, they will help alot brother .

for a GREAT catfish rig that i always use and i never go home skunked with idk what it’s called but basically you wanna tie a 1 ounce to 2 ounce sinker so that it’s at the end of your line, then make sure you have some tag end LINE from your sinker and just tie your hook at the end of the tag and there you go
