I have bought a 55" Kodak Google smart tv from flipkart. The tv was found defective within one hour of installation. I filed a complaint in this regard to both kodak and Flipkart. During delivery they gave me tv in 6 days. However for repalcement of same, they are taking 21 days very long time. The customer care are very irresponsible rudly behaving only saying wait wait. Becuase they have got full amount now behaving in their own ways. Totally disappointed and frusted since then I bought the tv
That's why we should buy branded goods. If the price is expensive then it's better to wait to accumulate money & go for a good brand. I had a similar experience with the remote and its lag. It was so frustrating
