These encroachers are a menace to society and themselves. When it rains and their places get flooded, they comeback to cleanup and dump all their destroyed belongings back into the same gutters causing further choking of the waterways. What is wrong with Ghanaians, eh? We should change our attitudes and become more civic minded. Nobody can build this nation for us, to have us prosper, if we cannot maintain it, care for it, be honest and do the right thing with our resources to benefit every citizen.
