I love that you are slowly but surely getting comfortable with doing things on your own. It’s definitely a journey and I totally am right there with you! But yess the little things like going to breakfast by yourself or exploring a new city/place on your own is so great

Yess, my family started growing our own herbs last year and we've really started appreciating where our food comes from. Haven't tried growing vegetables or fruits yet, but maybe one day haha
This makes me sad for many, many reasons. First off, I think Shane has taken accountability for his past actions and sayings, & has shown remorse. I do not, in any way, agree nor defend his past. But I personally don’t take pleasure in seeing and knowing that Shane cannot live his life like he wishes. Seeing Ryland alone makes me wonder, “Where’s Shane? What is he up to?” And I can’t help but feel sad. I hope he is okay and Ryland, I hope you are too! 🤍

I’m so happy that you went out and ate alone. I remember that first few times of anxiety about it but now enjoy it. To go shopping in my area means to drive approximately two hours. Sometimes ya just want alone time and that’s when I tried it. Shopping and eating alone means you get to do what you want, when and where you want.
