Thanks for the awesome tips, Jonathan!!! I remember last year I was a co-angler in a local tournament and my buddy said I was only allowed so many rods & keep them under 7 ft. Well I wanted to use a frog pick up a rod but it was a M Mod. Big mistake!! Missed a few hits and was wondering why until I checked the rod and knew it was the wrong one. I fixed that I use my own boat and my co-angler can bring whatever they want. Stay Safe & God Bless!!!

Hey, Jonathan! Thanks for the tips! I've barely thrown topwater lures, so I haven't gotten a bite on a frog yet. I set up a topwater box, though, and have a few buzzbaits, a popper, a couple jerkbaits/stick baits, a swimming frog and a popping frog, and the one I threw this morning a mouse. I'm confident that the little mouse will get some bites, as that thing is flawlessly realistic.

Does the same go with a soft bait frog?? I haven’t fished for years and am now getting back into it but I seem to get hit by 7-10 fish everytime I go fishing but only land 1 or 2… should I wait for the bass to get my line tight and start pulling before I set my hook?
