Every Platform should have a security model to make sure that different types of data , available in the platform is visible to authorised users only.
Similarly, ServiceNow also has its own security model for data security which is managed via ACLs in servicenow platform.

at 06:55 you're saying that if there are no ACLs, users will access the table which I think is not true. If there are no ACLs for a table, then system will not grant access to any user accept admin.
23:54 if single and all field ACLS are not available then will we not be able to access all records or fields. Please clarify. Thanks

Thanks for the video! I think I'm misunderstanding a word you're using. What do you mean by "Rackets"? You mentioned this a couple times. Example at 4:52. "...access to any object or table, and it's "rackets."
After watching the video, I realized that you're meaning to say "records." Even in the chapter list, records is listed as "rackets".
