      @@aegisfate117 You are talking to the wrong person, for I see all those thing you had done since childhood. Don't expose yourself, for you can be seen... Belonging to the majority doesn't help, by the end of the day. /// How do I know? It's easy. Doing wrong is not a problem. The problem is the changing of the vision, creating a alternative reality where you are entitled to do it. It comes with the prize of seeing almost everything upside down, mainly the opposite of what is there. Immoral with yourself, for a little gain, you don't even remember. ...       Ah yes, the demand for a solution does not equal the demand for one's own action being the solution. Those who are open-minded enough and willing to make the change in their life will find their way to knowing things of this nature. Those who are not open-minded enough will find themselves turned away and closed from their nature, not knowing themselves, and never seeing how their lack of use has prevented them from their potential, contrarily it has caused their deterioration. They already know, use it or lose it, but this is not the full truth, it is the simple truth for those who are closed minded or those who are taught by those who are and left at that. Those who are not closed minded always follow in with something that will open your mind some more, if not only changing the subject to creative interests.
      I see you notice these things your people do not do and you have taken them personally. This is also something that wisdom teachers have guided for us not to allow ourselves to do. You are welcome and invited to uplift yourself by no longer taking their inaction personally. Take it upon yourself to strive and be the example that others will follow. When they ask you, become a welcoming, and tell them of your method for success with patience, honoring that they probably have not ever thought much of how exercise or stretching may provide them youthfulness in a way that they could reach, even though it has been under their nose the entire time.

      He must work on his presentation. It's poor. Those silent gaps in between the translations, and the boring long drawn introduction before he gets to the topic, repetitions and failure to present points in a logical manner (by list or steps). It's hard to stay and watch till the end.

    I used those doorway stretches to loosen up a frozen shoulder after the mystery injury healed. I woke one morning and couldn't move one arm in any direction without pain, just turning the hand slightly sent sharp pain up my arm into my shoulder. The doctor gave me naproxen sodium but I still couldn't move my arm much even weeks later, especially to raise upwards or reach behind. I did these doorway stretches and eventually my range of motion was restored. My insurance wouldn't pay for a chiropractor even though that's what I really needed.

      I developed Frozen shoulder in both shoulders. Very painful! I did physical therapy.

      Frozen left shoulder 2 years ago. I think it happened bc of my sleeping position (left side sleeper and scrunching shoulder and hips).
      It’s taken all this time to get it back to 95% of previous range of motion and strength.
      Physical therapy was covered by insurance. I paid out of pocket for chiropractic (which didn’t help bc I was in so much pain and tight and afraid of sudden movements). I also did Chinese acupuncture. I’m not sure how much that helped.
      Through the two years I did a lot of yoga as my body permitted, and lots of walking. I couldn’t swim without pain in the arm and shoulder. Also stopped weight training (I should have kept that up at least lower body exercises). Muscle tone went down all over body bc I didn’t keep up with the weight training. I did a fair amount of outdoor Zumba dance classes throughout injury phase.
      I really appreciate my shoulders now.

      I tried using a hanging bar and hung from it like a monkey for 30 seconds a day. I worked up to it, then when I could hang for 30 seconds straight it went away in a few days. I was able to sleep on my side again without pain. I hang 3 times a week and it’s never returned.

    Dynamic stretching is best done before exercise and static stretching is best done after exercise and the muscle is warm. Very good suggestion to do dynamic stretching first to get the fascia moving and loose before attempting static stretches especially after months or years of not stretching.

    So helpful, never seen these kind of exercises before. Since retiring, I sit a lot and have pain in leg, hip and lower back, I try some stretches but would appreciate lower body stretches please. Thank you for your good work! 😄😃

    Your content is amazing, thank you!! Please make a video about the lower part too. I am athletic and always had a strong back, but for a year I have severe problems with all the muscles you describe here, mainly from too much computer work (i think). I did some other excercises from this channel, and they work great! So I would be very amazed if you did a follow-up on these lower parts. Thank you again!

    I really would like the lower body part. This was so informative and so helpful. Got me to immediately stand up and try some of these. I'm going to go binge some more of these now. Esp the "is your neck cracking" one because it does all the time!

    Thanks ever so much Dr, you have been a great help to me and everyone that want to live healthy and free of chronic or acute pain. Please I have been dealing with sciatica since two years now, the pain is two much from the ilac crest, and it goes down my right leg follows by tingling and numbness from the back of the leg to my toes. I will like you to do the lower waist exercise or alternatively the sciatica exercise. Thanks a bunch.
