The Eppinger Daredevil red and white spoon is my no fail pike lure. I don’t target pike very often (I hate cleaning them) but, when I do, the Daredevil has NEVER (and I do mean NEVER) let me down (and I’m no child lol).
X Rap Perch is my favorite lure for big freshwater fish hands down. I once caught a lake trout that had 3 of them in its belly. Perch that is, not lures. Not that you could tell the difference. Identical to the lure I caught it on!
Pike opener was a good day for me but since then, I haven't had a lot of luck. I keep getting bass on the hook instead which means bass opener will be quiet for me.
