This video shows instructions on how to splice into the existing wire that goes to that switch for the door. On the 2018 Honda Accord the door switch is no longer there. Does anyone know where that switch is located now or how the door lighting works when the door opens and closes? I need to know which color wires I should be using for this kit. Thank you.

Hello - I just got my lights and want to install. I have a 2010 Mercedes’ e350 (w212). I don’t want to have to run the wires through to the door light. Is there an easier way? What specific wire can I tap into? I have 4 door sills so I would need 4 separate wires to tap into. Thanks

Winds Requiem I have not received them yet. I bought them on AliExpress. I can say however that it appears that the installation is the same as in this video. Once I receive them(should be soon) I’ll reply an update if I got them installed successfully.
