Introducing the new Tenant Valve range

New Tenant Valve Advance takes our pioneering multi-functional combination valve that effectively controls and monitors water supply to multi-occupancy buildings and commercial offices, while further enhancing it with new features. It also includes a range of optional extras to deliver even more application versatility.
We're also introducing an ultra-compact version, Tenant Valve Compact , without the water connection point, for use in new build housing developments or buildings that use a master water meter. This is the smallest combination valve assembly available on the market.
WRAS-approved for hot and cold water up to 65°C and 16.0 bar pressure, it is also adjustable between 1.5-6.0 bar.
