6 ways to earn deeds after death:
1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
3) Participate in building a masjid.
4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eat from it.
6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

This gives shivers to listen to and is the highest blessing bestowed on any muslim believer. Inshallah, this day shall be witnessed by all our pious and righteous parents, siblings, spouses, children, family, friends, muslim brothers and sisters.
This is also the most Nobel response to all those who question why we cannot see Allah (SWT) or have no picture of him like other religions do. This is the ultimate reward of being a firm believer. I feel the greatest blessings of this life is to be a Muslim and the next life is to meet our beloved lord in Jannat-e-firdaus. May Allah (SWT) have mercy on us and guide us to be the muslims he wants us to be.

Allah Azzawajal has a Face and Eyes but there is no evidence that Allah told us He has ears. So we don't attribute that to Allah. We stop at what Allah told us.
Shaykh al-Barraak says: With regard to that for which there is nothing at all to deny it or affirm it, whether that be on the basis of a religious text [Qur’an or sound hadith] or an implied meaning or what is necessarily understood, we should refrain from discussing the matter.
One example of that is the ear, with regard to Allah, may He be exalted. This is one of the matters concerning which we must refrain from discussion and neither deny or affirm it, because we have nothing to confirm it, either on the basis of a religious text [Qur’an or sound hadith] or an implied meaning or what is necessarily understood.
End quote from at-Ta‘leeq ‘ala al-Qawaa‘id al-Muthla (96).

Allaah said in the Qur`aan: ليس كمثله شيء
This means that Allaah does not resemble His creation in any way whatsoever. Had Allaah been attributed with a face, He would be similar to us, as we have faces. So based on this Aayah it is impermissible to attribute a face to Allaah.
The common argument that the clock has a face, and the wall has a face, and we have a face, but they are not similar can be easily debunked as the word face has a common definition, there is some similarity between them regardless, they are all bodies.
So we cannot say that Allaah has a face, but not like our face, because there is some sort of similarity regardless.
Rather we say the Wajh of Allaah is one of his attributes, and it doesn’t mean a physical face, as the salaf said.
Hope this clarifies some things mentioned in the video.
