Molao is sometimes unreasonable which why many suffer especially those who don't have good lawyers, so don't praise the law for such things. This was clearly an accident and his going to regret everyday because he loved his daughter
If he was a politician nobody would give a damn. There are serious allegations on politicians but they never got arrested. But when its someone who havent got that power people will show up and makesure that he goes down. Regardless of his relationship with his daughter. For someone like me i take this whole situation as if it happens in a bad time while shebe was tryinna be a father.

No other way, it's a state case. He will find the prosecutor and judge waiting where all will be proved otherwise... his past accident is also not going to help him at all.

@Charles-xx8 whether you drive fast or under the speed limit an accident can still occur. And as for the baby mama she will definitely move on from this with time

Culpable Homicide charges, means that if the cause of death was caused by your negligence you will be held liable Eg: not putting you kid in a seatbelt,drunk and driving, speeding, texting and driving etc these are the things that leads one into being charged for culpable Homicide.

Second in pain and in his unconscious mind all he worries abt was his daughter well- being.
