It's beautiful.... However! This is snap strikes only. There are 4 ways to strike with the stick: 1. Snap, 2. Slash, 3. Fan, 4. Ponyo "poke" Against a realistic attack, am opponent will NEVER stop their strike mid air. They will follow through every time with hell fire in their heart and disarms and checking will not work .... "Fight the hand not the man" is the realist term in FMA... Alot of the curriculum is bullshit. This is coming from someone who studied under Randy Arellanod Arnis de mano, Cacoy canetes Doce pares Eskrima and Burton Richardson's battlefield Kali system.... I personally see holes in all 3 and I can tell you that even high-ranking students got disarmed when we sparred.
I've never seen this Master work before, and to hear about such a heroic recovery. What a pleasure to know such human beings exist today!!!!!
