Drum Lessons for Beginners - Basic Beats 4

Welcome back to the fourth video in our series looking at 8th note grooves. In today's lesson we look at some more complex patterns that are quite a lot harder until you get your head around them, at which point they're no different from any other pattern, practice will get them perfect. The first pattern we look at moves the bass drum onto the off beat, drastically changing the feel of the groove, and the second pattern we look at introduces a 16th note to the bar.
