Two aspects that you failed to mention: One was the Terry Rozier vs Eric Bledsoe rivalry in their 2018 series where Rozier called Eric Bledsoe "Drew Bledsoe." When Bledsoe was asked about it he said he didn't know who rozier was, even though Rozier was roasting him all series. Rozier proceeded to wear a Drew Bledsoe jersey to the arena, to troll Bledsoe even more, who played horribly the entire series.
Also, due to Kyrie's injury in 2018 right before the playoffs, there were rumors that a lot of teams in the east were intentionally losing games to try to play the Celtics, thinking they were an easy out. Milwaukee was one of those teams. Jayson Tatum mentions on JJ Reddicks podcast that they took that personally. Also all the media and pundits picked the celtics to lose to the bucks because they didnt have kyrie. They also picked them to lose to the sixers saying the sixers had the two best players in the series. All of these things going into the playoffs made the Bucks vs Celtics first round series very contested and shouldn't be forgotten.

Bucks-Celtics goes all the way back to the ‘74 Finals, we put up a stinker in game 7 at home and lost, which would end up being Oscar Robertson’s last game. What interesting is that this Finals matchup will most likely never happen again since that was before the Bucks joined the Eastern conference.
The 80s Bucks were a good team, between 1980-86 they’d win 50 to 60 games and end up as the 2nd seed, but they always had Bird’s Celtics or Dr J’s 76ers in front of them. And by the time that Boston and Philly were starting to slow down, it was the same time that the Pistons, Hawks, Bulls, and Knicks were getting good.
Then both teams fell off a cliff in the 90s, and neither would be title contenders again at the same time until now.

Ther wasn't many teams in the mixed boy/girl league so they'd play a lot of games against each other probably 4-6 times a season cause every year they would meet in the grand final cause they were the very best in arguably the Biggest Rivalry in that Sunday mixed basketball leagues history! 💁

Don't underestimate his free-throw numbers. Although he barely makes them, there is one team foul in a FT.
What a heartwarming story the NBA is weaving. A poor Greek kid making his way into the NBA, and after much struggles, becomes a superstar and NBA champion. A stunningly spectacular and unscrupulous business move by Adam Silver.

Hard to call this a rivalry. A team that has two titles against one that has 17. The nba has been dominated so much by Celtics and Lakers that it's hard for any other rivalries to develop. Perhaps heat and spurs but again heat were only good for a few years.
And unlike other sports there aren't many reasons outside of the sporting events for a rivalry to arise like politics for example as it happens all the time in Europe. Like Barcelona Real was a rivalry even when Barcelona wasn't winning titles because of the political and social background of these two teams.
